well we got her to put this in writing and she did and signed it. we Chose a dress but we didn't like the skirt Part and we asked if the dress could be altered to the style we liked, the head streamstress Caroline said it was not an issue and we asked her how much it would cost to have it altered to our liking she told us $35 for the bridemaids and $45 for the maid of honor. Where do I begin!!! we went in to look at bridesmaid dresses, I wanted the girls to see the dresses I picked in person. The selection and service is second to none! Don't let the look of the outside fool you ladies. Keep up the amazing work ladies! You guys are awesome and I will not ever hesitate to recommend my friends, family or strangers to you. We picked up my daughter's dress today and it fits like a glove and Leia once again made her feel like she was a princess and it was just as much her special day as it was mine. She remembered that she sold me my first wedding dress 12 years earlier - she even told me what the dressed looked like - down to the colour and where the beading was!!!!!! If that's not amazing service, I don't know what is! About 30 minutes into the visit she asked "were you married before?" and I answered "yes". The best part of this experience: As soon as I was introduced to my consultant Agnes, she kept asking if we ever met or if she knew me from somewhere. It was the first dress I tried on!! My daughter is 9 years old - they took the time out to make her feel just as special and made her feel that her dress was just as important as mine. I showed them a picture of what I had in mind and they found me the perfect dress. They took care of me and made me feel like I was one of their daughters and they were looking out for me. My consultant Agnes was amazing and the manager Leia (sp) was such delight. I was blown away by the service and selection. we have an appointment at a famous bridal salon in NYC in 2 weeks". I went in with my daughter and told her in the car - "we are not going in to buy - we are here to look. I visited the Impression Bridal display at a local Bridal Show and forgot about them until they gave me a follow up phone call 3 weeks later and invited me to come "browse". I have been advised by her that the owner does not care to call me back and I will not be getting my money back before hanging up on me. I’ve been hung up on laughed at and lately called some very vulgar names by her. The worst part of this whole ordeal was the customer service I received on the phone by the name of Cynthia. Till this day have yet to hear from someone. I have called several times and promised that the owner would call me back. In addition threatened one of my bridesmaids that they would not release the dress she paid for unless I came to pick up the fabric. The answer we got from one of the rudest people I have ever spoken to was “sorry nothing we can do” and refused to refund the deposit I had left for the fabric. Mind you I had purchase 6 yards of fabric to have cap sleeved added to the bridesmaids dresses which was to be done by the seamstress. we were advised that the location was only open till 4 pm and not open on the weekends as it was a distribution centre and therefore had no seamstress to do alterations. Upon purchasing the dresses we were advised that the location would be closing but not to worry we could have our dresses picked up and altered at the other Mississauga location.įast forward 3 months to when the dresses came in. Had 5 bridesmaids purchase the dresses here.
